“I found myself struggling during my long runs and my body was just holding on to weight that I didn't have before. I honestly hated what I saw in the mirror and kept thinking, "Why am I struggling?" Eve set a plan for me that taught me "food first". Her plan was easy, simple and made sense of what my body needed on a daily basis and along with training. While working with Eve I was able to lose my weight and lower my body fat percentage. We were also able to work through stomach issues that I would have during a race or long run.”

“Specifically my race day nutrition was the most important thing for me. I was a newbie. I had taken a gel here and there just because I saw everyone else doing it. I actually had no concept of how much was truly needed to fuel your body or when to take it. For me, my best results are actually the outcomes of my races since seeing Eve. I completed my first half marathon, my first full marathon, and my first 50-mile race! Not to mention this is the smallest my waist has ever been in my adult life – actually even smaller than middle school. The best part about it is I’ve been able to keep it off even though I cut out a lot of my training the past couple of months.”
